Woodworking Assembly Team Member
Assist in creating wood crate components and assembly by cutting, nailing, and assembly wood, corrugated, and foam components. Our team takes pride in building high-quality custom crating solutions for clients across various industries.
Regular Hours are 7:00 - 3:30 Monday through Thursday.
*Prefer availability to work Fridays and until 5:00pm as needed.
Starting Pay: Depending on Experience ($15 - $25)
* 401K eligible after 1 year – 3% employer contribution. No employee contribution required

Qualifications and Skills
*Must be 18 or older
* Strong attendance and reliability expected
*Responsible with reliable transportation
*Problem solver
*Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
*Ability to lift 80 lbs occasionally
* We value long-term team members committed to growing with the company.
*Prior history in construction or similar field a plus but not required.
*We are willing to train candidates with no prior experience if they have a good work ethic.
